Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jiliplus.best, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all JiliPlus services including casino games, sports betting, virtual sports, Tongits, and any other feature available on the platform now or in the future.

JiliPlus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective as soon as they are posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Eligibility

To register and play on JiliPlus, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations for online gambling).
• You must be a resident of or located in the Philippines, or in another jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a JiliPlus employee.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gaming platform or gaming regulator's registry.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a prior JiliPlus account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to create an account is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one JiliPlus account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a pseudonym, or under another person's name — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. JiliPlus is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect details provided at registration.

3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

JiliPlus may require you to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or if your account activity triggers a review. KYC documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), a selfie with the ID, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a request will result in withdrawal suspension until documents are provided.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. JiliPlus will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at support@jiliplus.best. Any bets or transactions made on your account before you report a compromise are your responsibility.

3.5 Account Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Pending bets will be settled according to standard rules before any remaining balance is returned to your verified payment method. JiliPlus may take up to 5 business days to process a player-requested closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

JiliPlus accepts the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200
• Standard Daily Withdrawal Limit: ₱100,000 (higher limits available for verified VIP members)
• Single Transaction Maximum: Varies by payment method — GCash maximum per transaction is ₱100,000

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your JiliPlus wallet instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet are credited within 30 minutes during banking hours. Any deposit not credited within the stated timeframe should be reported to support with a screenshot of your payment receipt.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

JiliPlus processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. JiliPlus does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Withdrawals are only sent to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. If this is not possible due to payment method limitations, JiliPlus support will arrange an alternative after identity verification.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes offered by JiliPlus are subject to terms specific to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Bonus-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before opting in.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most JiliPlus bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus amount) that must be bet before the bonus or derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before acceptance. Standard welcome bonuses carry an 8× wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Eligible Games and Bet Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. JILI slots typically contribute 100% of each bet. Sports betting markets contribute at varying rates depending on odds. Bets below minimum odds thresholds (usually 1.50 for sports) may not count. The specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus's terms. Bets placed on games with a house edge above our policy threshold do not count.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus can be active at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. JiliPlus reserves the right to cancel a bonus if a player attempts to activate more than one simultaneously.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

JiliPlus uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse including multi-accounting for bonus purposes, coordinated betting between linked accounts, and exploitation of technical errors. Any account found to be abusing bonus offers will have bonuses voided and the account reviewed for suspension.

5.6 Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the promotion expire automatically and are removed from the account. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated under any circumstances.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes and RNG

All casino games on JiliPlus — including JILI slots, Tongits, and live dealer games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by JiliPlus, game providers, or players. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and maintained.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, disconnections, or incorrect display of results — the game round is void and the bet amount is returned to the player's wallet. JiliPlus is not liable for any consequential losses resulting from a game malfunction. If a malfunction produces an unusually large credited win, JiliPlus reserves the right to withhold and review the win before crediting or declining it.

6.3 Disconnection During Play

If you are disconnected during a game round, JiliPlus's servers will complete the round automatically according to game rules. The completed result will be recorded and your wallet updated accordingly when you next connect. JiliPlus is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.4 Tongits Specific Rules

Real-money Tongits on JiliPlus uses standard Filipino Tongits rules as described on the Tongits page. The platform fee applicable to each table is displayed in the lobby before joining. Multi-accounting to gain table advantage in Tongits is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity. JiliPlus reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market at any time without prior notice. A bet is considered confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. If no reference number is generated, the bet was not placed.

7.2 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be shown the new odds and given the option to accept or decline the new price.

7.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event are void and stakes returned. If an event is postponed by more than 24 hours from its originally scheduled start time, all pre-match bets are void unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules. In-play bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned are settled based on the score at the time of abandonment according to JiliPlus sports betting rules.

7.4 Obvious Errors in Odds

JiliPlus reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are obviously erroneous — for example, a strong favourite listed at 100.00 due to a data feed error. "Palpable error" determinations are made at the discretion of JiliPlus trading staff and are final.

7.5 Parlay and Accumulator Bets

If any leg of a parlay is voided (due to cancellation, postponement, or error), the parlay is recalculated at the reduced number of legs. If a parlay reduces to a single selection, it becomes a single bet at the original stake.

7.6 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected events. JiliPlus cannot guarantee the continuous availability of live markets — markets may be suspended at any time during an event due to key match events (goals, wickets, red cards) while odds are recalculated. Any bets placed during a suspension period that was not displayed to the player will be reviewed and may be voided.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JiliPlus and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per person
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players at Tongits or other multiplayer games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Using VPNs or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in money laundering or using JiliPlus for any illegal financial purpose
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment methods
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification
• Placing bets on events where you have insider information not available to the general public
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing JiliPlus staff or other players
• Attempting to transfer, sell, or assign your JiliPlus account to another person
• Using the platform on behalf of another person without their knowledge

Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

JiliPlus may suspend or close your account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or if required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.

9.2 Temporary Suspension

Accounts may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. During a temporary suspension, you will not be able to access your account, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. JiliPlus will notify you by email within 48 hours of a temporary suspension and will indicate the reason and expected review timeline where it is possible to do so without compromising the investigation.

9.3 Balance on Closure

If your account is closed by JiliPlus for a reason that does not constitute a breach of these Terms on your part (for example, a change in geographic availability), your verified account balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days. If closure is due to a Terms violation, balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in confirmed cases of fraud, abuse, or violation.

9.4 Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing support@jiliplus.best with the subject line "Account Appeal — [your registered email]." JiliPlus will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Privacy and Data Protection

JiliPlus collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at jiliplus.best/privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Losses arising from the player acting on information provided by third parties
• Losses arising from the player failing to secure their account credentials
• Consequential, indirect, or punitive losses of any kind
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits JiliPlus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where Philippine law does not permit exclusion of liability.

Changes to These Terms

JiliPlus may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated. For significant changes, registered players will be notified by email at the address on file. Minor clarifications and non-material edits may be made without individual notification.

Your continued use of JiliPlus after any Terms update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of JiliPlus shall first be referred to JiliPlus customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. Players also have the right to raise complaints with PAGCOR in their capacity as the Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

JiliPlus does not accept dispute resolution through chargebacks or payment provider disputes for bet-related outcomes — all gaming disputes must be raised directly with JiliPlus support first.
